This half term I spent a weekend down south a Port Solent and had a awesome time. I went across to Bracklesham and was privileged to try the new Vapor X 9m prototype and am one of the very few in the UK that have. I thought it was an awesome kite and am very keen for the rest of them to come out in the UK in the next month or so. I found this kite a lot more powerful that the previous vapors and was a lot more stable than the others so was much nicer and I felt more comfortable unhooking and knowing that it was going to stay in the same place, it was also super lofty and the hangtime was amazing. I would recommend this kite to people who are just starting to jump and for people that are looking into freestyle and wakestyle moves as it is just so stable.

Over this weekend I also found myself talking to the A-Boards UK distributor (Storm Distributors) and was offered a deal to be one of their team riders. I am absolutely overjoyed with this opportunity and got the wakestyle/freestyle X-series board. I haven't had chance to go out on it yet but I am awaiting the weekend to get out and give it a shot. The board looks really nice and is super stiff so I have high expectations with how it will perform.
